Who sends the interview letter?

Hi guys,

Since the officer during the Infopass appointment told me that Missouri was getting ready to send us the interview letter (nothing so far), I was wondering:

- Is it really Missouri who sends the letter - doesn't it come from the local DOs?

- Who of you who got an interview letter looked at the stamp (Missouri or DO)?

I was just curious because I strongly assume that I again was told something that's not true. Remember my hotline case status that said GC sent? I fear that the officer in Charlotte told me something that was wrong (she was on the phone with another person in MIssouri who told her alledgedly about the letter)...

THanks, Anna.

I've got mine from Missouri. So the officer seems to be right.

Anna,

Only the 4 Service Centers and the NBC can print those I-797 forms. The District and Sub office don't have the equipment.
