Hi everyone,

I would like to get some information from people who are in the process of bringing their spouse or who have already accomplished this task. I recently received my US citizenship and am getting married soon. I am marrying from India and would like to get some advice how to proceed in the process of bringing my spouse to US. I am a full-time grad student and currently not working. I would like to know what form should I file since I don't have an affidavit of support to show. Can I have my parents present their documents as a co-sponser? Apart from medical checks, valid passport and birth certificates, what else will be required from my spouse to present at the embassy. Can somebody assist me with the Police verification checks for my spouse? She lived in three different states in past 10 years and will she be required to present the verifications from all the places? I appreciate your time in helping me. If you can answer all or part of my current questions, I am very thankful to you. If there is any advice or helpful comments, please post. Thanks again.
