Hello everyone!

I am currently an F1 student; me and my boyfriend plan on getting married soon.

From my general understanding, I believe that I need to:

- First, obtain a marriage license (we would like to get married next month if possible)

- Then we need to file some forms with the US immigration.

Which forms will I need to file? I visited the USCIS website, but it is a little bit confusing to me.

Thank you so much!

here is the step by step guide for you guys to follow for the immigration portion.

For the marriage license you need to check with your state/county for that. Should be very easy - we got ours in 1 day and our state has a 24 hour wait period before you can marry after you get the license, so we got married the next day.
