On the K1 Form, it says in the top right hand corner that it expires on the 31st of December, 2006. What happens after then?

Right now it means that this form is valid to be used for all I-129F filings up to that date and that they may be planning some sort of revision to the form. I would not worry about it at this stage as it is only for form control and nothing to do with anyone's actual petiotion.
