Quick question. I'm filling out the G325A for myself right now. The part where it says city and country of birth. Do you think they'd get mad if I put "Cincinnati, Ohio, USA" because I know for some cities there are multiples of city names in different states, I don't want there to be confusion!

We put City, State and Country too. For me, David is from a town called Cuba and well.... wanted to make sure that they knew that we did not mean the island of Cuba. We did not get a RFE for it or anything but buyer beware .. that was just our experience.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

What I did was, I believe, in the 'City' blank, put the city, then in the blank for 'state/country' I put it as OH/USA. I did the same in my current address-- OH/USA.

That being said I haven't been approved so I don't know if I did it right, but that's what I did anyways! :P

Yes I am sending birth certificate, but.. There is still the part where it asks for parents place of birth, and current residence. Those all really need to have states listed.
