Happy friday!!!

I've been reading ahead and I would like to know when does the k-1 90days start? I read on the AOS section that the 90 days starts from the POE to the U.S but, there is an expiration date on our NOA2>>1june12. Should everything including the AOS filing be done by then???????

What K-1 90 days?

There is no K-1 90 days. After the K-1 is issued you have 6 months to use it.

When you enter to the USA - the 90 days starts the day you entered, in which you must get married.

You are totally confused and the NOA2 expiration has nothing to do with you or any of your filing. It is for the US embassy.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

The NOA2 expiration date is meaningless; ignore it.

You get issued a K-1 and have 6 months to use it to enter the US.

At POE, the K-1 is cancelled and is replaced with a I-94 visa with a validity of 90 days.

You have those 90 days to become legally married.

Then you can AOS at any time after that....but if you do not get married within the 90 days, then the foreigner must go back.
