Alright, well, if you're enrolled in EP, then you are REQUIRED to send in your packages by email. If you want to snail mail the packages, then you'll have to send them an email opting out, wait for their response, and once your request has been approved, only then can you snail mail the packages. And by opting out, you're also going to add months on to your process once your case is complete as your case will have to be mailed to GUZ, spending a lot of time going through customs. Whereas EP, your case will be sent electronically to GUZ and you'll save months. So, the question comes down to, would you like to wait quite a few months or not? If you want to save as much time as possible, then scan everything and email it to NVC since you've enrolled in EP.

NVC doesn't have two separate AOS cover pages depending if you're doing EP or not. They just have ONE, thus whether you're doing EP or not, you're going to get the same template.

As for the member who mailed packages even though they enrolled in EP, then they did it wrong and most likely had problems. And a lot of waiting for an interview.
