as long as she was included in 1129f...then it means you are both approved. I got 2 daughters and were included in 1129f too, but when i got my NOA2...its just my name appearing on it. As soon as you receive your case number from NVC, you are good to proceed with your payment of visa fee, medical and appointment of interview. Dont need to wait for the snail mail from USEM...Hope i could be of help...God bless!

The approval for you, the beneficiary, your daughter derives her immigration benefits through you. That is your approval, you will receive nothing more.

Have you read the "Guides" yet? Look along the top of this page in the blue header and click "Guides." That should be your next step so you can inform yourself, first.

Then...

Have your fiance call NVC to get your MNL#, once you have that, go to any branch of BPI and pay the visa fee ($350.00) then he (or you) will be able to set up the interview online at USEM. Click here for the page to set up the interview. It'll take a few hours or more before you'll be able to set up the interview, just keep trying and eventually you will be able to do so. The receipt you will get at the time of payment of the visa fee is so very important, you'll need that to schedule the interview online. She'll also need to have your passport with her at the time of payment.

Remember, you'll be paying the visa fees x 2., you and your daughter.

Once you (or your fiance) has completed setting up the interview, register online for the medical at St. Luke's, registering online will save time on the day of the medical. This is the link to the page where you can read about what is required for the medical.

Also click here to read a detailed medical exam review as experienced by a VJ member.

Good luck! and congrats!

thank you both.. thank you.. the reason im doubtful is we listed her name in item 13- names of children of ur fiancee- and as my child in Form G325A. we included her in the petition as my child although she is 32,but whose mental age is 18 and sent along her medical records since 1885 and a psychological evaluation from the phil.national mental health addresses to USCIS certifying her mental age.

Congrats on getting your NOA2 approval!

As others have said the approved is for everyone listed on the I-129F. This is just an approval for the petition, getting visa approvals are still to come, you may want to do research regarding your daughter because of her age. Yes I understand there are issues, just the same be prepared.
