Hello everyone .I have question .i had look in us amabssy here in my country they ask for i-864 But the question they do not see if they ask for only one year or the last Three Years .Plus notehr i wonder if they need i-134 or no? & How to full fill the i-864 and if it need be notarized or no ty ....Any Help & advices is very welcomed

What country? And were you looking at information for immigrant visas or specific to the K-1?

Casablanca requires the I-134 with a copy of the petitioner's most recent tax return (1 year).

I have the same question. Im from Venezuela and our interview ist pretty soon. I thought we only needed I134 but a friend of mine told me that I have to submit both... Im confused. Wich are the support documents for both of them?

I have the same question. Im from Venezuela and our interview ist pretty soon. I thought we only needed I134 but a friend of mine told me that I have to submit both... Im confused. Wich are the support documents for both of them?

"Fiancé(e) and spouse "K" visa applicants, however, should instead submit an I-134 Affidavit of Support from the Petitioner."

It's not entirely clear from the embassy page, but it seems as though they want the same supporting documents (copy of petitioner's most recent tax return).

I'm now more confused now too I foowed the links that sent Mr stephen its said realy i-134 but in CSB ' us ambassy in this links http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Morocco&cty=Casablanca u can write in packey 3 they ask only for i-864 and not i-134 and also they do nto see if one eyar or three i had freind who had interview last summer his wife sent him i-864 the last three 2009 2008 and 2007

Well, that's discouraging that the embassy is giving out conflicting information. If it were me, I'd probably try to call or email the embassy and find out firsthand what they require.

Well if you don't get any information at the end, fill them both and take them with you, they are going to ask you for your documents in the moment of the interview, ask them what forms they need and that's it. It's better been prepared for everything Edited by Andrea&Henry
