My partner and I are both living in the UK, I am British she is a US citizen, She has a valid UK work visa as her step father is British as well.

We both want to move out the be closer to her family in the US but cannot decide weather it would be easier and quicker for us to get married in the UK (on the cheap) and apply for DCF then move out to her family, or apply for a Fiancee Visa and get married in the US.

We want to move out ASAP, preferably before the end of the year.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you're getting married in UK then you shouldn't be applying for fiancee visa anymore. You'll be applying for a spousal visa instead. I was told before that fiancee visa is a shorter process than the spousal visa.

Sorry I should have explained if we get married in the UK I would apply for the I-130 but use the direct consular filing method (DCF).
