Hello everyone. I was pleasantly surprised that the poverty guidelines are low if that can be a positive :( . Wow I meet and exceed right now to start our K1 as I thought poverty for two persons was around $25,000 yearly.. I found the information after doing my taxes as I thought I would check. Thank the good Lord I will be making much more starting Feb 20th after being off work 23 months.... Word of advice.... Don't move up the Corporate Ladder. You are first to go in tough times and then out there with a lot of Plant Managers /Directors fighting for the same job... Here is the website http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/

Good luck!

It is basically the same, but your link only shows the guidelines for 100%. For immigration, you need the numbers for 125%.
