Hi. I am already a US citizen. I petition my parents to come over here. I mailed my papers and it was approved. We are just waiting for the next step but I have a problem - my Husband's business is going down and since he is my husband - my credit will be affected as well - my QUESTION: Will my petition of my parents will affected if we file bankruptcy? Even if I have co-sponsor/s? Thank you.

Not directly.

Presumably they are self reliant financially.

No civil matter will affect your process only a criminal matter will bring you problems!!
