Late July 2011 filers-Keep fingers crossed!

Looking at several hundred random WAC's before and after my WAC receipt as well as evaluating Paisaman's compiled data, I believe this coming week or next, I am confident filers with receipt date July 26th 2011 thru July 28th, 2011 will begin to receive approvals.

I have my hopes up with a grain of salt!

I've done the same and haven't seen the cases I've followed from June move at all. As a matter of fact, I've look at a few from May that are still there

My case is July 15, and it hasn't even been touched

Hey! Do not forget about me! July 25! I saw lots of activity on that website for Friday. They issued about 30 approvals dated July 25-July 26.

Don't worry about cases from May and June, they could be for petitions with a lower priority, like for children over 21 or siblings.

If I was in your situation I would contact USCIS and ask them to submit an inquiry into your case. Another idea would be to contact your congressman and have their immigration liason perform an inquiry for you.
