I haven't seen anyone on this board with that experience, but I read your other topic, and from a lay point of view, I think you have a good chance. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Thanks, I will most likely give it a go.

I desperately want to return to the US.

The websites are so confusing, I just figured out today that I will have to fly to Montreal for the interview which is a bummer cause I'm in Vancouver.

Maybe I should throw myself on the mercy of an immigration judge in San Francisco.
