Hi

Thank you so much for giving me a lot of info, VJ!

I am almost ready to send my documents needed for I-129 to my fiance in the U.S., but I have couple section in G345 that I am not sure about..... so please help me!

QUESTION1:

For employment section, should I put my part time job experience?? I would not put it if it is just a part time job. But my case is a little complicated. When I sturdy abroad in the U.S as a student with F-1 visa, I worked for the college as language tutor for their language class although it was only for 3 month. And that is how I got my SSN. But since I am putting my SSN in G345, should I put the part time job in the employment section?

One thing that scares me is that I dont think that I paid tax for it.... it was only for 3 month and the schedule was like 5 hours/week. I think I got some notification about tax back then, but I was not sure about it and I didn't file anything....

QUESTION2:

For proof of ongoing relationship or having net in person in the last two years, how many of pictures or copy of letter should I put?? Now I have about 12 pictures and copies of 5 letters that my fiance gave me. I am not sure if it's enough.... Also, is it valid or solid proof if the letter does not have dates or stamps on it?

Please help me with this, and I would really appreciate it if you answer my questions. Thank you!!

They want proof you met in person - airline tickets - passport stamps - copy of travel visa - copy of trip itinerary - pictures.

Put as many pictures as you want and as much evidence as you want to include but make sure you include proof of meeting in person that is what they most want to see.

Don't you mean the G-325A? I don't know what the G345 is.

As for proof of having met- we gave six photos, passport stamps and boarding cards. I'm also going through Japan, let me know if you have any questions.

Anyways, ok, I got photos, passport stamps, and boarding passes too. It just scares me when I think I might not have enough staff.

Does anyone know about the employment section???
