My wife was here in 2008 for school training and worked in the U.S but she didnt file for a work permit personally as an agency filed all the papers for all the students. She doesnt know how to answer the questions regarding what office or the date and im guessing the date last enetered would be when she came to marry me and not when she worked here in 2008?

Her old school should have a copy of her paperwork. I think it's on page 3 of the I-20 where the school should have filled out her employment authorization. Call the school and tell them to fax you a copy.

All done ;-)
