Why were you denied, what did the paper say? People can't help without information as to why the denial and if they are asking for more evidence or if they are sending it back to USCIS etc.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Well your question has already been answers apparently in your other thread - why are you starting a new one asking the same things?

Your petition was denied because they didn't think you had a real relationship - they returned your petition to be reviewed thats why you didn't get any papers back. Please stick with your first post about the failed interview its easier than starting a bunch of other questions about the same thing.

The documents you provided to the Consulate become a permanent part of the case file. Your passport was returned because the visa was denied and the package in it's entirity will be returned to USCIS.

Your passport was returned to you because it is your property. Having the passport returned is never a good sign. It signifys that the Consulate has no intention to further review the case.
