I-130 needs G-325A form + pictures for USC. Bona-fide evidences are included in I-130 package, not in I-485 package.

That is not necessary for a petition for a stepchild. It is required with the I-130 when the application is for a spouse. That is done to establish that the marriage is real. I am a GC holder who will be naturalizing in one and a half years - my 5 year wait - due to the passing of my former husband. This petition is for my son who was not petitioned for at the time mine was done due to illness and financial setbacks. My current husband is now petitioning for him. In my son's case, the I-485 package needs all the evidences, because I am the household sponsor and I have to prove evidence of legal relationship with the my husband, the sponsor, to go with the I-864A. It's a bit different. I added my son's G-325A to the I-130 petition just in case but it was not stated as necessary. I needed to know if I covered the bases for the documents and if there was something I missed.
