My letter was basicly the same as that...ill copy and paste the bulk of it :) some of it is relevent some isnt (the military stuff and stuff personal to our case i crossed out, but i hope it all helps!)

"Included are the following documents:

- Money order in the amount of $420

- I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

- Copy of birth certificate (petitioner)

- Copy of marriage certificate

- Copy of divorce papers (Petitioner)

- Copy of unexpired US Passport

- G-325A (Petitioner)

- Passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A (Beneficiary)

- Passport style photo (Beneficiary)

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage:

- Picerne Military Housing Resident Occupancy Agreement

- Form DD-1172 “Application for Uniformed Services Identification Card DEERS Enrollment,”

naming dependents

- Form DD-93 - “Record of Emergency Data” Designation of beneficiary on the military members'

Group Life Insurance (SGLI) policy.

- Military Identification and Privilege Card (Beneficiary)

- Photo pages as evidence to our bona fide relationship and marriage

- Renewal of vows certificate

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered original documents. I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration officer when requested or at a later date."

We didnt send any real proof of a relationship other than having a house in our name and me having a military ID card (oh and some photos..) and we got through just fine, but since day one i have always told my husband... its better to send too much, and not have it used, than not send enough and be asked to see more.

I dont know if any of that helps.. lol! But it all looks good so far :) Just follow the guidlines and you will be fine!

Okay so my husband and i are going to be filing the I-130 visa.

The I-130 is the petition that you file, it's not a visa, your husband will apply for a spousal visa (CR-1 if married for less than two years, IR-1 if married for 2 or more years) after the petition has been approved.

And im working on the cover letter. this is what ive gotten so far.

Angelique (full name)

(permanate address)

(email address)

USCIS address.

To whom this may concern:

Please fine enclosed my Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative on behalf of my husband, Gregorio (Full name).

Included documents:

*Personal Check/Money order of $420

*I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

*Copy of unexpired U.S. passport (Petitioner)

*G-325A (Petitioner)

*Passport Style Photo (Petitioner)

*G-325A (Beneficiary)

*Passport Style Photo (Beneficiary)

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage

*Letter explaining our relationship history, marriage and our future plans together

*Copy of Marriage Certificare from Dominican Republic, and translation.

*Copy of bank statement showing joint account from Dominican Republic.

Looks good.

While i send this can i send along photos and copies of letters and emails? Or is that just for the NVC part of the petition?

Send items like these when you send the petition to USCIS.
