NSO Birth Certificate Descrepancy +

I live in the US with my husband and we need a true copy of my birth certificate for some paperwork we need to do. Currently i only have a copy, and no one will take that. The original was lost. So I ordered it from NSO. And after providing them with all the needed information they sent me an email stating "The document was found in our Civil Registry System (CRS) database but additional processing is necessary due to the following finding(s): w/discrepancy." So thinking it would help i scanned and emailed them the copy. About 2 weeks later i recieved an email stating "We would like to inform you that the re-verification of your request for your birth certificaten, resulted in positive form." So now im thinking they found it and ill recieve it in a few weeks. But after the document is mailed i recieve an email stating "

We would like to inform you that your requested document was dispatched on January 27, 2012. Likewise, this is to inform you that the document result has the following discrepancy/ies even after re-verification at the proper archives of the National Statistics Office (NSO):+"

So now im confused to whats wrong with my birth certificate. The only thing it says about descrepancy is "+" and i dont have a clue what that means, nor does the NSO website state anything about descrepancies. Please if any one has a similar issue or knows what this means, please let me know. Thank you.

And this is why I am stressing that Amy get 6 certified copies, which she said is too many and expensive... we settled she will order 5...

I want extras when she arrives... just in case!
