The online scheduling for the K1 visa interview asks for address.. fields are Address Line 1, City, State and Zip Code. What do you put for "State" anyway since Philippines does not have states, and what's more the address doesn't have a place to enter Philippines? How do they know what country she's in? Do we enter "Philippines" or "Bukidnon"?

Who designs these things anyway? Don't they know this is being used in other countries?

Hello. I'm also from the Philippines and this is what I put on my application form:

Pasig (City) Metro Manila (State) Philippines (Country)

If your Fiance is from Bukidnon

ex: Malaybalay (City) Bukidnon (State) Philippines (Country)

Hope this helps and Good luck!

I just tried the registration process myself... it involves choosing a country. HOpefully that is enough, so that Bukidnon can be put in the "State".

Sigh.... if I did this where I work, it would never even get past the first stage of globalization testing before being rejected.
