You still have to do everything except mailing it. If you read the details, you will see they provide nothing more than what the CR-1 flowchart shows. Their guarantee excludes the same reasons the consulate will denied the visa. There is no guarantee!

The Fiancé(e) or Petitioner provides us with a material misrepresentation or fraudulent material.

If the Petitioner has not met their Fiancé(e) personally.

The Petitioner and Fiancé(e) don't have a genuine bona fide and committed relationship,

The Petitioner or Fiancé(e) has been involved in prior immigration proceedings,

If the Petitioner's income does not exceed the required poverty guidelines; and

If the Fiancé(e) or Petitioner doesn't provide supporting documentation or requested information necessary to complete the application.

I did it myself with many hours spent on reading and researching, but it was worth it because I know what is going on. I suggest you to do the same!

Never go with anyone with a garuntee, because you never know what will happen and i doubt you ll get your money back.. Also don't go with a Agent , Go with a immigration lawyer. I used Lawrence R Holmes , all they needed was my info and documentaion( copies of birth cert. , divorce decrees , evidence ect.) , they sent me the forms already typed up nice and neat , I signed them , sent the forms to my fiance to sign and We have our interview on friday and I don't have to worry weather we missed anything or not because they put our packet togather really nice. The reason you want to get a lawyer is because they can represent you, and speak on your behalf if something goes wrong. Agents can't they are more like spell checkers if even that. So make sure you choose realllly carefully if you decide to get help.

otherwise this place is great if you decide to do it on you own :), I am just to paranoid that I will write something wrong or mess something up lol.

Good luck!

The ‘majority’ of people who meet the ‘requirements’ for such petition, can and do file a petition successfully on there own with out any set-backs or denials, and some don’t! It’s all in the planning and preparations. One does not plan to fail they just fail to plan, and this fourm is full success and failures. With that said if you have the time to invest and feel comfortable with the process go for it! Some people’s time is more valuable or they simply don’t wont/can’t deal with the paperwork, they may have complications involved so they enlist the services of a (qualified immigration attorney) or visa service. If your one of them hire someone to do the job. Only you know your situation and if you can handle the job. Read the ‘Guides’ spend some time on the site and ask question!
