If CSC is on June 16 date then why does it say July 31 when you click on immigration timeline?

What immigration timeline? Please post the link.

As to the date they told me yesterday about the CSC...the woman on the 800 disinformation line said this was the date she can see. I really do hope that the "goal" they talk about for i-130 and 129s is smashed with failing remarks because according to the folks here on VJ, the USCIS gets a FAILING GRADE and because this is an organization I pay a lot of tax money to support, I want then judged according to their performance standards they are stating. This all comes down to accountability within the GAO and even if my petition gets approved today it will have no bearing on accountability of entitlements to tax payers such as myself. I can go into a whole system of fairness doctrine but I will keep it at...they say to the public they will do something by a certain time, they bust that time limit. There has got to be accountability for anything more because it is my money that has to continue to pay for it and I want to know that it the extra time needed is not because of slack or incompetence because if it is, I want to know how we will be compensated for it. This usually comes in the form of some BS reprimand and now that elections are in the mix...YOU BETTER BELIEVE that both sides will have the power to do the impossible to chime in to "correct" a broke system. Right now, based on my collection of the facts, I know that the person who they call the immigration officer closes to us and decentralized from the service center is the one who is obligated to update the information being reported by the 800 line. The person at the information line is only there to reply what may be interpreted that is already on the website and nothing more. It is out of their ability to do so. So when we talk about fiscal responsibility, I have already identified redundancy and waste.

You see, some people in my country think that by doing things big, its better. I know from almost 2 decades of experience that the most efficient way to get something as intricate as immigration done is through surgical accuracy. Last week I read some article posted here that described USCIS employees being to hard and other being to soft and there is struggles within. Well guess who gets hurt? We do. Every time someone gets on the line to come here with false intentions, guess who gets hurt? We do. Every time someone sneaks into this country without following the procedures, guess who gets hurt? We do!!!! The goal is to move people from one place to another without compromising national security, or burden to the tax payer which can both be attributed to safety. What seems to have happened is the 5Ps...piss poor planning = poor performance. And by succeeding the 5Ps, they create a vacuum that is almost unfixable unless you do like the Colombian government did with DAS when it became so broken. Delete it. It may cause a delay and I wouldnt want that for me right??? Do you want your children to go through what you are going through is they find love abroad? Ever want any foreign family to come visit?

This whole system is ####### and people need to be held accountable for it getting there. Im tired about hearing people say that its not my job, its outside my lane, or your a trouble maker challenging the procedures that protect me...its about me me me and not them. Well...the them is us and the procedures were designed to facilitate our formal requests to immigrate. The taxes lots...are paying them to do what??? Make this an issue because it is personal if you are on this site. The issue should be about accountability and actual vs stated performance of an organization run by tax payer money.

There...I said it. Im done. and im NOT sorry I said it either.

Igors list is looking a tad ratty for I-130s recently but it appears like the majority of June is done and they are working on July.. .K-1s show July largely done and August getting some approvals. Not sure why K-1s would show ahead of the I-130s at this point in the process.. You are an early August filer so most likely you could have up to another month to go judging by the other I-130s or "any day now" looking at the I-129fs...

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect
