need quick info about what Original papers hubby will need at interview.

I was wondering...

we were approved for the i-130 and my husb is in jordan so I need to know........will he need original documents??? I remember they asked for copies of originals when i filed the 1-130, now when will they need the originals? Will i be giving it to them with the next packet , or will they want him to bring the originals with him to the interview?? I have all of them with me.

The originals are to be submitted to NVC, and would be returned to the beneficiary at the time of interview.

It would be listed in your interview notice.

* Document Status Description

A = Applicant must acquire this document and present it at the time of the interview.

C = Direct inquiries to your consulate / embassy

D = Certified document received

F = This form is not necessary for this application.

I = The required form is incomplete. Please ensure that a complete form is presented at

the interview.

O = The original document has been received and accepted as meeting post

requirements.
