All we did was call USCIS and request an expedite. We never used a lawyer. Talked to an operator got a reference number and gave them my email. A few days later they approved the request and about 3-4 weeks later they approved the petition...but it was a different situation.

I doubt they will approve because of stress. We all go thru stress during the visa process... it has to be life threatening or a financial hardship or something really really significant to approve.

We all understand the stress your going thru.. we've been there we...some of us are still there with the petitions, visas, and AP lingering.

I do wish you the best and hope that your expedite is successful but be prepared for any decision they make.

Looks good to me and a reason for Medical Expedite. But, one thing I question. What doctor! A Phycologists does'nt do blood tests. There is another doctor correct and that is where the letter is coming from. ? A MEDICAL DOCTOR.? A phyco doctor is classified as a Mental Health Doctor.

I would submit it. Go for it.

Just get really really good documentation to submit. All you can do is try and see what happens. Remember if you get expedite at USCIS level you also have to request it at NVC AND the embassy level.

Wishing you luck.
