Hello everyone.I got my GC in October last year for two years.I think it expires in October 2013.I know its not time yet for ROC but my question is long before the card expires do you apply for ROC?Just asking because when I applied for my GC I did not know about this site,not until I was put out of so much dough.I just want to thank all of you on here for your help.

Yesterday IO told us to count back from the date in two years of GC 85 days and apply then. issued 1/9/12 in 1/9/14 count back 85 days and apply.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

- Moved from adjustment of status to removal of conditions forum as it is a question about removal of conditions not adjustment of status -

Yesterday IO told us to count back from the date in two years of GC 85 days and apply then. issued 1/9/12 in 1/9/14 count back 85 days and apply.

Its actually count backwards 90 days from the expiration date on the green card.

You could file 85 days but you could file earlier than that at the first day of 90 days.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
