Hello again, do you mean a record of this trips outside of the USA lasting over 24 hours?

Have a wild idea some kind of proof he was around you nine months before the birth of his child. Was he naturalized back then? Would have been so much easier at the time if that child's birth was registered with the US Embassy at that time. Now don't tell me he lost his old passport book.

the passport he used when he visited me is fortunately not lost.that passport contains his travels from may 2005-feb 2008.i got pregnant april 2008 and gave birth on dec 23,2008.so that passport isnt enough to prove his 5year physical presence prior to my conception as a requirement for my childs application for crba.thats why we need his oldest passport which is the PHILIPPINE passport,but unfortunately,that passport is lost.i called the embassy and told me that my husbands departure and arrival record can be presented as proof of his physical presence.thank you again for patiently replying.

I feel the bottom line of all this is proof that, that child is indeed his. Others had to get a DNA test for that proof, this sounds more indirect.

To get that lush job working in a US embassy, have to somehow get the current president elected, competence is not part of that process. Something else you have to learn how to deal with.
