K-1 Visa 3months already

hi just a quick question. its been 3months and 2 weeks already since i received my NOA1 on september 28 2011, just wondering if i should be concerned?should i call them whats up?

3 Month is nothing. 5-6 month is a normal processing to get approval. Unless you are in California Service Center they are extremely slow at this moment. Just praise yourself with the wait.

agreed....they are extremely slow!..i know,because i used them.5 months is typical for most who are waiting if you look at their timelines.

Deal with it ...yes you have to for now. However, when you get to 4 months call and check on your status. If there is an issue they can tell you on phone long before you recieve anything in the mail. At 5 months if still no change call one a wekk and check status. Or atleast that is what I did and I got mine almost right at the 5 month mark Good Luck
