Is it false RFE or What?

hi everybody

i got the email from nvc yesterday state that missing doc or incomplete doc and says send IV part 1.i mail AOS packet and IV packet in same day with individual packet through express mail via usps.it delivered on 28 dec.i send every and each document(police,birth,marriage ....)with form DS230.now why they send me email to send again.is this happened to anyone.one of my friend says this is false email.is this?i talk to operater and she says give us few days to review again.i m so confused.what i do.me and my friend who is applying for his wife also doing the same paperwork and send nvc on same date and time.what he send that i send.his case was complete on last friday dec 30.our case is going on same path but at last they frustated me.please help....give ur experience...

I had a false RFE because I didnt submit the IV Package.

It is not a false RFE; however, if you have already sent the required documents....you should give NVC a few more days until they show up in their system. I recieved the same request as you did after I had sent everything in, but the following day they sent an email saying, "all documents necessary to complete your case have been recieved and that an interview was being scheduled!

NVC can be slow to process documents. be patient and good luck. Don't rush to resend documents you have already sent.
