I have received an interview notice last September 8, 2006. My interview date is on Oct. 18, 2006. I tried to add my case receipt number to my portfolio on the USCIS website but it seems that they're not updating my case online because i keep on getting this message .....

  • Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

Is this normal?

Becuase your case left USCIS after your NOA2 & therefore, no way of tracking it.

I did not have this problem; hopefully someone that had this problem can give you better information. If I were you I would re-check the numbers and re-input them and if that does not work give them a call.

If this notice came from your local DO and not the NBC, then it will not be on the online system...

I just want to clarify that I'm talking about my Adjustment of Status interview... Is there an NOA2 for AOS? All I got is the NOA1, Biometrics notice , & Initial Interview Notice...

It took almost 3 weeks after I got my notice before it would recognize it as a valid number on the web site. FYIY.

Thanks everyone.. I guess there's really a glitch on the USCIS website.. which is quite normal... :lol:
