My fiancee at the time (K-1) had her medical and vaccinations (MMR, Measles, Mumps and Rubela) in March 2006 over in the Philippines. We currently have her X-rays and a copy of the vaccinations (form 3025, I think) listing the MMR. Every other document was submitted to USCIS. I believe that since her medical is within the last 12 months, all we need is to have the designated civil surgeon "transfer" the current vaccinations on the new I-693A form. Is this correct? For the Philippines (may or may not be a P.I. thing) will she be required any other vaccinations?

Thanks,

Rob

Hi ,

Yes that is correct.

Thanks Kath.

Hi,

Sorry if there are any missing they will top it up on the day. I have just phoned up and made an Appointment. All they told me to bring was my passport and a copy of the vaccinations i have had. They would do the top ups on the day.

Kath.

Thanks. I called a few drs from the list. Most wouldn't do just shots. Did find one who would and said only Td shot was needed. Fee, $40. Oh well.

All Claudeth needed was the supplemental. I think she had to have a tetanus shot because St. Luke didn't have the vaccine. I would suggest you call around and get some prices, they can vary a lot between CS. Also, you might want to bring the xray with you to the CS just in case. The one we went to wanted to give her another xray so I whipped out the one from Manila and saved myself $35. Good luck!
