HAPPY 2012!

question: for those that have went thru embassy in Lagos for a k1 petition, did you include the bank letter as supporting evidence with your I-134? I've read here and there that its not needed as long as enuf income on tax return, current pay stubs, employee letter are sufficient. I know with Lagos, the more the better, but was the bank letter ever asked from anyone's petition?

I did not include a bank letter with mine but I did include 3 months bank statements. I think as long as you include copies of your tax returns, paystubs, bank statements you should be fine but i could be wrong cos I did this 2 years ago and the rules might have changed since then. Good luck.

3/8/10 - Called USCIS and requested for notice to be resent

3/13/10 - Received Green card approval notice online

3/19/10 - Received hard copy of Approval Letter and Green card. Yay!!!! see you all in 2012

12/12/11 - Getting all the paperwork ready for Removal of Conditions. [Can't believe it's that time already]

12/15/11 - Sent off paperwork with tracking

12/19/11 - Received at VSC

12/21/11 - Check cashed

12/22/11 - Received I797,Notice of Action

12/31/11 - Received Biometrics notice

01/20/12 - Biometrics Appt.

09/15/12 - I797 Notice of Action Approval Decision

09/19/12 - Notice received via USPS and Online

09/22/12 - Green card Received

I did not submit a bank letter when submitting evidence for the affidavit of support....

November 5, 2010 Interview 7am APPROVED!!!!!! (6months 4weeks 1day) THANK YOU LORD!!!!!

Feb. 14, 2011 received hard copy of NOA for AOS, EAD& AP

Feb. 18, 2011 received appt letter for biometrics
