Are you a USC? LPR? Did you obtain residency in the US through your previous spouse? While you might be questioned about your previous marriage you probably won't need to provide any evidence of good faith in your previous marriage unless there is more to this story, like you currently have a conditional green card.

I am a LPR still, but next month I will apply for my Citizenship (yes I gain my residency through my previous suppose), my first marriage lasted for 14 yrs, and I do not have a conditional green card, I have been a LPR for 5 yrs

You do not need to include anything with your application stating that your first marriage was entered into in good faith. Considering how long it lasted, chances are that will be assumed anyway but even if not, you are not trying to remove conditions so you don't need to provide any evidence of a bonafide marriage with the I-130. You will need your divorce decree when you file for naturalization.

I assume your fiancée is aware of your first marriage; she may be questioned at her interview about her knowledge of it so there is that to keep in mind.
