For some reason people seem to really skip the instructions.

The instructions clearly state you send it to Dallas Texas and has the address listed.

EVERYONE sends it to TX.

- Please read the instructions if you missed that you may have missed other important things.

You should really re-read the complete instructions carefully. In case you don't know where to find the instructions for the I-129F (which means you're gonna be in trouble), here is the link:
