my fiance is in mexico. is it ok for me to send her the document in english. have her sign them and then send them back. or do i have to translate them to spanish? im thinking english is ok. also does the sworn statement have to be notarized in mexico?

If she speaks and reads English fluently, I don't see the issue with sending her documents in English. Send both documents in Spanish and English and have her sign both just in case USCIS want the English version. It is better safe than sorry and save on shipping costs too!

This is not for the consulate in Juarez, and the USCIS is not bilingual. Her G-325a and letter of intent for the I-129F petition need to be English. Send her the documents in English for her to sign and date, but explain to her in Spanish what they say and what she is signing because she needs to know this. You need her to mail them back to you, as you need original signatures on the documents for the petition.

When she eventually goes for her visa interview in Juarez, she can bring in evidence in Spanish.
