Police Reports do not get submittedwith I-129F. Use this guide. It explains what you need to submit for this 1st phase of the K1 Visa process

Patrick, If Relyn is the Beneficiary than you do NOT have to send any Police reports for the original I-129f petition. Relyn will need a local Police report to submit while she is at her interview after you NOA2 approval. Maybe other VJ'ers with more experience can explain.

Good luck!!!

Patrick, as the other posters said, the police reports will be only required for the interview.

See: http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-outline.html

http://faq.visapro.com/K2-Visa-FAQ2.asp

and http://www.usembassy.ru/consular/consular....cord_id=fiancee (this one will tell you a bit about what happens after NOA2 - not sure if these procedures apply to every embassy, though.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
