Hello all,I am new to this and starting the process of filing for my boyfriend who I have had a realtionship with for over three years. The problem is that although I have individual pictures of him the ones we had together were in a camera that was stolen. I am nervous about being deinied because of this. I have phone records, messages and e-mails even copies of my boarding passes and tickets on when i went to visit him, over the years. Is this enough or will I need more. We have known each other almost our entire lives and our relationship is absolutely genuine> I am just concerned about not having enough evidence to convince them. Any Advice? t

Pictures are secondary evidence.

They want better proof than pictures such as, passport stamps, airline proof etc.

There have been people who were approved without sending in a single picture at all.( aside from the requested passport photos)

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

No pictures? May be difficult....they'll want proof that you actually have met in person and seen each other. You never emailed any pictures of each other? Any Skype pictures? I personally post pics on Facebook so I have a bunch on the internet.....do you have anything like this?

Other proof is necessary also such as travel proof (passport stamps, airline receipts, etc...) You could get affidavits from friends/relatives stating you have known each other for as long as you say...but that will only go so far.

It is better to get pictures together. Ask your guy to visit again and get the photos together. Have some fun, visit some places, take different-different type pictures together! :) Since it is K1 visa, so you need to make your case more stronger with these pic part.
