Hello Everyone,

My process has been completed years ago, almost 8 years ago... I brought my fiance at the time over on a K-1 Visa... My question now, is what is the fastest process to bring over a spouse from the Dominican Republic that is married to a US Citizen. My husband's cousin married his original High School sweatheart that is now a US Citizen. She is hearing impaired and pregnant and I have offered to help her out with this process.

Any help/suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Thank you Sam. I noticed you are going through the same process. As you know, the Dominican Republic is a completely different animal. Is there different/special steps that need to be taken with them? Also, any idea on the timeline for this process currently
