Does my fiancee have to sign form G-325a now? I read so many different answers. Some say she can sign at embassy and dont need to sign it now when I send in the I-129 form. Is this accurate? If she dont sign now, will I get any RFE?

They can sign at the embassy. Answers to the contrary are wrong. I can prove it with an internal USCIS memo if you need it, but it is a moot point as you will see. If you choose this option then include a letter attached to the G-325a that per USCIS determinations you are requesting she be allowed to sign the form at the interview.

That said...you may STILL get a chucklehead adjudicator that does not know that and does not check and simply sends you an RFE, it has happened. Once sent what do you do? Argue the need for the RFE? No, you simply do what they say.

Next. You DO have to provide a signed "letter of intent" from your fiancee. Do you have that? If not, she is going to have to send you one so she may as well send a signed G-325a or just some signed BLANK G-325a forms you can fill in for her.

Bear in mind that even though it is not required for her to sign the form, you ARE risking an RFE which could add weeks to your process and then you would have to add the time to get the signed form,

My suggestion...get a signed form.

Yes, she needs to sign it before you send the I-129 packet. You dont want to get an rfe bcoz it will only add some more months in your waiting time. Also, dont forget to make an exact copy of all the docs that you submitted.
