I dated a woman in UAE for almost two years. When we decided to move in together, we got married in Dubai Courts so we would not have a problem with the authorities, as UAE is a Muslim country. After sometime, we separated for some reasons but I did not divorce her in the court because she was under my visa and she did not have a job by then and I did not want to cause her troubles with the stay in the UAE. After sometime, I started talking seriously to some girl who I knew online for almost 7 years and we decided to meet. We met in February and got engaged. Then we decided to get married in July and we did.

My question is, would it be a Red Flag to the officer that I was sating someone while I was married?

I would like to mention that I am an Arab, my current wife is from the same background as mine, and she is the USC.

Do they take this stuff into considerations?

I have already submitted my I130 and mentioned my previous marriage. I did not lie in the application at all.

Like you mentioned, your current wife is from the same background as you are but she is a USC. How did she gain the USC Status?

Through naturalization... She migrated with her family when she was 3.

It may be questionable part for your situation, but now either it is red or green flag, you have to work out. All you have to say the things honestly as it is to CO. No fear.

Most important thing is that you should work on your present relationship with your USC spouse and make it as very strong case.
