Hi there! my situation is I filed an I-129F for my fiance who is in the philippines on september 28 and i received a letter from them on september 30 saying that they received my application(is that considered NOA1?). well ive been waiting for an update but till now its going to be its 3rd month but still no updates. this has been bothering me everyday and making me anxious. is there something that i could do to know if theres anything wrong or is this quite normal?

i see.so no further action from me is required then.hmm hope it arrives this christmas would be a great xmas present for the fiance and me :)

question for NOA2 is that the stage where we gather all the papers needed and go to medical exam and interview?or is there another stage where we will need to submit something and then wait?

Don't bet on it. You may want to look at Igor's list to see the date of I-129F submission that is currently being adjudicated. I filed back on July 14 and I still haven't received an approval or even had USCIS touch my petition.
