If her mom meets the criteria as a co-sponsor, and she has really good finances. It'll probably be ok.

Another option could be waiting for your fiancee to find a job. I know it is frustrating to wait, but it could be prudent. If I were in that position, that's what I would. If she finds a job soon, gets hired, and then you file as soon as she is working. Then, as you are waiting for the NOA2, she will have 4-5 (or more) months under this new employment. She could then submit the paystubs as well as the letter from her employer at the time of the interview. It's really hard to say, as it's very clear that each consulate is very different and are looking for different things. And I personally don't know much about the UAE consulate.

In the end, do what you both feel is best for your relationship and fits both of your needs.

P.S. congratulations on your engagement :D

i don't think she will plan on waiting and would rather go for a co-sponsor and thank you very much and you too congratulations.in this world anything is possible...love still exists but in crazy ways lol

Most of the time if you have a well qualified co sponsor you are fine. However they may look at your fiances history and if she has been a long term collector of public benefits they may deny you on the theory that you will follow her lead when you arrive. It would probably be best if you prepare yourself for this and know what you would do/say if they say that.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

she was employed sometime ago but its been 3 months since she got in public house assistance.before that i think it was 3 years ago when she was on housing assistance but then she left it.She is looking for a job and applied where ever possible.may be she can write a letter declaring her will to work and that she is already in search for a job.
