I-129F packet

ok so i have been stressing out about this packet..... i think i have everything but what all do you need and what is the address of the place we have to send it too..... i dont know if i make enough i went to ireland for 3 months this year which puts me below the 18k but if i would of been here those 3 months i would of made enough do you think the uscis will see that or should i look into getting a cosponsor for my fiance

you should try skip the lawyer they do all the info for you and they make sure everything is right and they will give you an address so you dont have to stress

I just sent my I129-F off on Saturday so I know where the address is lol You should be able to find it in the I-129F instructions here: www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf There's two different addresses, one if you're using regular U.S. mail, one if you're using FedEx or Express mail. I sent mine FedEx just so I could have the confirmation/signature.

We too are American (me) and Irish (him). I sent our I-129F in July. It's been 138 days and still waiting. Anyway, I used this site to help me assemble everything I needed. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide I can tell you they are particular so be sure to follow this to the T.

I am unsure if the salary concerns will be a problem. By the time they review your salary, your fiance will be in the interview. I hear that if they reject you for that and you get a co-sponsor, it will delay you getting a visa but not for a long time. however, I am sure if would be frustrating to wait 5-6 months for that interview...to have come so far... and then get rejected until you get that co-sponsor.
