Medical in London

Hey guys,

A little advice needed please!

So I have my medical tomorrow, all happening very suddenly (tried to reschedule, £95 fee - no thank you!) and im having some trouble!

Firstly, my printer has now broken (my puppy decided to chew the wire up today!) and I have to leave at stupid oclock in the AM. Do I need a copy of the appointment letter (I only have NVC email), and do I need to have filled in the medical form already?

When I scheduled the interview I was not told about either of these things but ive been reading on here and it seems I may need them?

Also, my doctor has given me 'proof' of my vaccinations, but im not sure its good enough. Its not signed, its basically handwritten inside something called a 'Travel document' with the address of my doctor stamped on it.

I also got my flu vaccine, and the best he would give me was a reciept for payment with a date stamp on it (my name is nowhere on this)...

I'm thinking it will all be fine but as usual my minds going at warp speed and I just dont know!

I'm sure you can fill out the medical form you need in the waiting room and you should be fine with your LND case number.

With regards to the vaccination records, my husband had got some of them (you records are destroyed on the NHS once you turn 25 we were told) from our GP and I remember thinking they didn't look terribly 'official' but they seemed to be fine for the medical.

Did you start the course of your MMR jabs?
