if you are talking about your receipt number go to http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm click the case status link enter your receipt number

CSB number is the case number that is assigned to ur case when it is approved by the NVC and sent to the consulate.

CSB is the code assigned to petitions bound for Casablanca. Once your case leaves the NVC, you can no longer track it online at the USCIS site. If you want to inquire about your case at Casablanca, you can email them at nivcasablanca@state.gov. However, they're not very good about responding to emails, at least in my experience.
