I am petitioning my husband to come to the US. I completed form i130 and noticed i129f has to be read the same day or it will be denied. Do I need to send the forms together? Also if any wavier has to be sent, when is it appropriate to send? Is there any other forms to send at this point. Im just starting his process, he was here illegally and went back to his country to start the process the right way. Any advise, thanks.

I thought I read this petition can be submitted with the i130. Is there anything I can do to help him get back faster?
