hey guys need your help, what to bring ror medical at St. Lukes Medical Center?

1. online registration form from SLEC website

2. passport and passport copy

3. appointment letter for your interview

4. nvc letter or whatever where your case number is shown

5. visa photo 2x2 4 pieces

I think that's good :)

If you're short sighted DON'T forget your galsses!! I did in London and got told off for it when it came time to take the sight test! Good luck :)

oh yeah i had that during my medical and i happened to have left my glasses to so i could barely see when they did eye test so i asked if that would be a big deal and the nurse said no. i was relieved. she asked me if im using eye glasses and i said yes.

anyways, if you havent done the online registration dont worry you can still go even if you only have your manila case #, passport + a copy, copy of noa2 and ofcourse CASH.

> Wear comfortable shoes...you will want to use the stairs.

> Bring a snack in your purse...manong guard won't look.
