Good morning,

I have been calling DOS since Nov 8th and asking them " has packet 4 been sent out" . All I keep hearing is no not yet.

My question is should I be asking it a different way? Such as what I just read in another thread that used the words " has packet 4 been logged".

In doing the research here on VJ I have noticed that it seems to depend on how you ask the questions, on whether or not you get them to release info

to you or not.

So, what are you thoughts? Should I try to call them and ask them " has packet 4 been logged yet"?

Tomorrow it will be 3 weeks since they received packet 3 back. Thanks.
