Has anyone from Mexico gotten their NOA2 lately? And I mean anyone who has filed from June until now? Preferably from CSC!! I filed Sept 16th.

Too early! You probably still have a few more months to go. The 'average' approval time is 5-6 months, sometimes even more and some lucky ones get approved before. I filled last December (CSC) and for me it took 5 and a half months so you probably won't hear something until Feb or March next year. Good luck!

yea too early, mines was approved in 4 months from CSC, it was testing my patience back then =/

I made 4 months this weekend. My priority date is July 26th 2011 and im still waiting

I guess my sister was really lucky then. They filed in March and got their NOA2 in May. Yes, Patience is key!

my soon to be sister in law took a full year, so i think we should consider ourselves lucky!

I'm getting ready to petition my fiancee from Mexico but he has a section 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I). Does anyone know if he is allowed a waiver under this code? This really worries me and hope it doesn't interfere with the K-1 visa.
