I have paid all the application fees and according to the process, I should expect the DS-230 and I-864 packages and checklists of documents to send. I have waited for more than a month now. Can someone send me the checklists in these packages please? I have found the forms but I need to know what other documents to send with each.

Thanks!

If you paid online go back to your account there. Print your reciept , the document coverage and then click the button for instructions. Do this for both your AOS and IV bill invoices. When you click the instruction button you will be directed tothe NVC website that explains what docs to send and where to send them. Be careful to put the correct bar code cover page with the correct docs. AOS and IV docs get different Attn:line. Good luck

Oh, don't wait for checklists. Waiting could delay you for months. My husband and I sent our DS-230 and I-864 packets on the first week of November, had our case completed after a few business days, and we have yet to receive the checklists via email. Here is the link for the supporting documents for the DS-230: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html. For the I-864, my husband submitted the last 3 years' tax transcripts, pay stubs from the last 6 months, and a certificate of employment from the company he works for. Here is the link for the I-864 supporting documents: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3200.html.
